Before you spend any money with us, we answer the questions the customer wants to know: Can you repair it? How much will it Cost?, How long will it take? If we cannot repair or if there is a risk we tell you. We tell you what it will cost and how long it will take (if there is a cheaper alternative to fixing we will let you know). Only if customer gives approval do we start work, otherwise there is no charge. If anything changes (cost or time. which by the way is not common) we call immediately to inform and ask for approval to continue.
